Organisation Settings
This section provides a guide to configuring your organisation’s settings within Arvi Health. As a Super Admin, you have access to a range of settings that allow you to customise your organisation’s profile, manage security, and control other high-level options. These instructions will walk you through the key areas of the organisation settings.
General Configuration: A Step-by-Step Guide
The General tab in your organisation settings displays key information about your account.
Step 1: Access Organisation Settings Log in as a Super Admin and navigate to the ‘Organisation Settings’ area.
Step 2: View General Information In the ‘General’ tab, you can view your Organisation ID and Organisation Name. These details are fixed and cannot be edited.
Logo & Branding Setup: A Step-by-Step Guide
You can upload your organisation’s logo to be included on letters and other documents.
Step 1: Go to the General Tab Navigate to the ‘General’ tab within your ‘Organisation Settings’.
Step 2: Upload Your Logo Find the ‘Upload Logo’ option. Click it and select your organisation’s logo file from your computer. The logo will then be associated with your account and can be used in document templates.
Security Settings: A Step-by-Step Guide
The Security tab allows you to manage your password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings.
Step 1: Access the Security Tab Navigate to the ‘Security’ tab within your ‘Organisation Settings’.
Step 2: Change Your Password To change your password, click the ‘Change Password’ button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 3: Manage 2FA You can enable or disable 2FA for your account in this section. If you need to reset your 2FA, you can also do so here.
Step 4: Remove Organisation (Caution!) This tab also contains the option to remove your entire organisation from Arvi Health. This is a permanent action and should only be used with extreme caution, as it will delete all of your organisation’s data.
Profile Management
Your personal profile settings allow you to manage your own user account details, such as your name and email address. You can also access your email template and signature settings from your profile.
