Arvi Health Mobile App Integration

If you're exploring better ways to manage patient data, reduce admin load, or
improve decision-making at the point of care, we’d love to show you how our
healthcare platform can help.

Whether you're in private practice, a group clinic, or a hospital setting, our team is here to give you clear, practical information.

Mobile App Integration

This section covers the integration between the Arvi Health web platform and its companion mobile application. The mobile app provides additional flexibility for capturing recordings on the go. This guide explains how to work with the mobile app and sync your data with the main system.

Mobile App Features

The Arvi Health mobile app is designed for convenient audio recording. You can use it to dictate patient notes, letters, and other documents directly from your smartphone. The app provides a simple interface for starting, pausing, and stopping recordings, which are then stored locally on your device until you are ready to sync them.

Syncing Letters from Mobile: A Step-by-Step Guide

Recordings and letters generated on the mobile app are not automatically transferred to the main web platform. You must manually sync them.

Step 1: Generate a Letter on the Mobile App Use the mobile app to record audio and generate a letter.

Step 2: Log in to the Web Platform Log in to your Arvi Health account on the web-based platform.

Step 3: Use the ‘Sync Letter’ Option Navigate to the appropriate section (e.g., the patient’s profile or a dedicated sync area) and find the ‘Sync Letter’ or ‘Sync from Mobile’ button.

Step 4: Pull Mobile-Generated Letters Clicking this button will pull any letters that have been generated on your mobile device into the main system. The letter will then appear in the patient’s record, and you can proceed with the standard review, approval, and sending workflow.

Cross-Platform Workflow

By using the web and mobile platforms together, you can create a flexible and efficient documentation workflow. For example, you can record a dictation on your mobile phone while with a patient and then later log in to the web platform to review, edit, and send the final letter from your desktop computer.
